Ski Feast- St Anton 2014

This time last week I was living it up in St Anton, Austria.

Sixteen of us met at Gatwick Airport last Sunday awaiting what was going to be an epic week of skiing, drinking, eating and table dancing.

Once we arrived in to the lovely picturesque town of St Anton, it promptly started to snow, which just started the week off to a bang. I love snow, to me winter is not winter until it has snowed. We have not had our fill over here in the seasonaless British Isles, so I was over joyed to stand outside and watch the flakes gently fall and settle to form the basis of our amazing week.

The snow soon settled leaving us with a week of bluebird days of skiing, drinking and dancing.

This post will hopefully give you a run down of the food, drinking, skiing and table dancing that took place. I have tried to include the best moments from the week, including all the scrummy mountain lunches that we had. Unfortunately the chalet food was nothing special, so I didn't think it deserved a space on here.

Absolute bliss- Bluebird and fresh pow

Schnitzle burger... need I say anymore?

Meat Fondue- You can't go to a ski resort and not have fondue!

Delicious and much needed mountain salad

Urrrrrmazing burger and paprika chips.

Country Gents on the slopes for Josh's birthday

SHOT, SHOT, SHOT, SHOOOOOOTTTTT

Cheeky mid morning hot chocolate and pastry- heavenly

Whilst the men dressed in country attire, the girls went for the full on animal onsies.

A cow on the piste- Just look at the view, makes me smile every time I look at these photos

Beautiful snowy path way we found one evening. Reminds me of Narnia.

The week truly was sensational and I have made some lovely new friends. Work has been a real struggle this week. Take meeee back please.
